DDX

• Open the DDX application or website associated with your dental software (like Dentrix or 3Shape).
• Find the “Connections” or “Find a Lab” section. Use the search function to locate Carolina Dental Ceramics. You can search by the our lab’s name or our email: Support@CarolinaDentalCeramics.com.
• Click “Add” or “Request Account” button next to our lab’s listing.

Sirona

• Log in to Cerec Connect at www.sirona-connect.com
• Select “My Cerec Connect,” then “Edit Account”
• Under “My Account,” select “My Favorite Laboratories”
• Type “Carolina Dental Ceramics” in the field for “Company Name,” then “28211” for Zip Code
• Click “FIND”
• Check the box that says “Carolina Dental Ceramics”
• Click “ADD” to complete the registration
• When sending a case, add “Send to “Carolina Dental Ceramics” in the notes

Trios – 3shape

Option 1

• Go to https://us.3shapecommunicate.com
• Select “CONNECTIONS”
• Request a connection with Carolina Dental Ceramics or search Support@CarolinaDentalCeramics.com
• Call Carolina Dental Ceramics at 704.366.7731 to let us know you have requested a connection
• After your connection to Carolina Dental Ceramics is approved, select Carolina Dental Ceramics when sending files

Option 2

Send an email to us at Support@CarolinaDentalCeramics.com or call us to provide our team with your email address, and we can send you an invitation to connect

iTero

Option 1

• Select “Find a Laboratory” on your iTero scanner
• Connect with Carolina Dental Ceramics using our Company ID: 8790 or Support@CarolinaDentalCeramics.com
• After connecting to us as a Lab, select “Carolina Dental Ceramics” on your scanner when sending files

Option 2

• Call 800-577-8767
• Select Option 1
• Request that Carolina Dental Ceramics is added to your scanner. Identify our lab using our phone number 704.366.7731
• After Carolina Dental Ceramics has been added, restart your scanner
• After connecting to us as a Lab, select Carolina Dental Ceramics on your scanner when sending file

Medit

• Log into www.meditlink.com with the administrator account
• Go to “Partners on the left pane”
• Search for “Carolina Dental Ceramics” and click the “Request Partnership” button
• You’ll see that the lab has been added to the “My Partner List” with the status reflected as “Partnership Pending”

Carestream

• Visit Carestream Connect on your scanner
• Search for Carolina Dental Ceramics
• Add Carolina Dental Ceramics
• Select Carolina Dental Ceramics when submitting scans or raw .STL files
• Email Carolina Dental Ceramics at Support@CarolinaDentalCeramics.com
