Gary Allman moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in 1994. A native of Knoxville, Tennessee, he served four years in the United States Air Force before earning his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of South Carolina. He acquired Carolina Dental Ceramics in 2005 where he focused on modernizing the lab and expanding service offerings. As of 2024, he has transitioned to Senior Manager and Technical lead where he uses his three decades of industry experience to maintain the quality and craftsmanship that Carolina Dental Ceramics is known for.

Gary, his wife Stephanie, and daughter are members of Calvary Baptist Church in Charlotte, North Carolina.
